TEKNOSER AIMS TO GROW BEYOND 40 PERCENT
Teknoser, a system integration and field services company, which achieved a number of
large-scale projects last year, particularly in power distribution, retail and public
sectors, aims to grow beyond 40 percent in 2016.
Bülent Tellioğlu, General Director (CEO) of Teknoser, one of the leading system integration and field
services companies in information and communication technologies, announced the targets for 2016 as
well when assessing the company’s performance in 2015.
Mentioning that they aim to achieve major projects this year too as in 2015 with over 750 employees and
75 service points, Tellioğlu said, “We deliver solutions for a wide range of customer profiles from smallscale businesses, full-scale holdings in a number of fields such as business continuity, disaster
prevention, cloud computing solutions, integrated communication and data centres with our system
integrator identity. In addition, as a leading company carrying out on-site service and maintenance for
POS machines, we have a market share close to 40 percent in POS market in Turkey. We work with
almost all of the banks operating in POS market in Turkey.”
Underlining that they achieved a number of large projects in public and private sector in 2015, Tellioğlu
expressed that they cooperated with the companies carrying out business in sectors such as power
distribution, retail and production in particular, in many aspects last year.

Stating that they are one of the leading companies in the field of IT technical service covering all services
such as after-sale maintenance, repair, technical support for the technology products and job continuity,
Tellioğlu said, “We possess one of the largest technical services. Especially, we have a structure that can
be both high quality and quite competitive in the common works across the country. Today, we provide
on-site maintenance, repair and support services for IT hardware of major companies ranging from
airlines to finance sector. We are able to dispatch our staff to even the most remote areas of Turkey and

Expressing that the aim to grow beyond 40 percent in 2016, Tellioğlu said, “We achieved full-scale
projects in power distribution, retail and public sectors last year. We will focus on finance, telecom and
medical sectors apart from these sectors in 2016. On the other hand, significant changes are experienced
in the field of payment systems on the part of field services. We will work through this field as well,
particularly on ‘next-generation cash registers’. When we look at 2015, we see that we carried out the
correct strategies. We will continue to practice these strategies this year in the same way.”
