3) Handly Prefleshing:
Arrived hides inmediatly are washed in a pool and pass to
prefleshing table as in pictures
The Prefleshing is very useful for :
a) avoid the bacterial growth and better hides preservation
b) reduce the weight, more hides into in a container ( 1000
hides for container)
c) imput the transport cost directly to leather, not to flesh
4) Salted:
a) Salted with 12-14 kg of Mineral salt
5) Holes:
a) 3-5% near to the borders on the belly
6) Brands: 1-3 marks aprox 8 cm leght near to tail
7) Insects or parasitic: Free, just a little tick near belly in
landraces
8) Size:
a) 70% mediums : 35-36 sqft average ( Nellore breed)
b) 30% bigs : 42 sqft to up ( European and Land races)
9) Weight:
a) 22 kg without Pre handly fleshing
