(1) What is the exact location of your hotel? If
available, please provide a map illustrating the area
surrounding your project and identifying the location
of your project on the map.
(2) Who is the owner of the hotel? Please provide
some basic information on the ownership group (e.g.,
primary lines of business, total revenues for recent
year, if not publicly traded, names of individual
owners).
(3) What sort of hotel is it? That is, what facilities does
it have (e.g., resort hotel with golf, pool, tennis, etc. or
business hotel with convention space)? Please
provide some photographs of the interior and
exterior. Which hotels in the area do you consider to
be in the hotel’s competitive set?
(4) How many rooms exist and what is the size of a
standard guestroom?
(5) Does the hotel have sprinklers in the guest rooms?
In the public areas? Does the hotel have smoke
detectors in each room?
(6) Please provide the occupancy and average daily
rate of your hotel for the past three years.
(7) What is your budget for remodeling the hotel if
the hotel is re-branded? How will the remodeling be
funded?
