MODIFIED POLYETHYLENE COMPOUND
SENPOR is a modified polyethylene compound containing mineral fillers.
SENPOR is used in film production by mixing with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE up to 75%.

Benefits:
* Lower extruder pressure,
* Increased extruder capacity by 30%,
* When used as %40 dart drop increases %35, tear
strength increases %40, that allows to get thinner film,
* Gives very smooth and glossy surface,
* Allows to work 170-190°C melt temperature,
* Increased stability of ballon,
* Gives the possibility to increase frost line height up to
12 times in HDPE,
* Increase film mechanical properties,
* Provides faster production at bag producing machine,
* Provides excellent adhesion to ink and improve printing
quality,
* Allows to seal at a lower temperature and increases the
seal strength,
* Improves quality of recycled PE.
Processing Conditions :
* 170-190°C extruder head temperature is advisable.
* Temprature profile that 20-30°C degrees below than other PE’s extrudered will be suitable. However, you may need a different
profile for each extruder.
Appereance: 2-4 mm white granule.
Packing : 25kg bags .
Storage: Under 50°C in a closed environmental with no humidity.
Safety: It is not dangerous goods class.
Recycling: It is suitable for recycling.
Contact with food: Recommended.
