We have crowned the technological breakthroughs we have carried out within the framework of our products and production facilities in line with the requirements of Industry 4.0, by receiving title of being the 360th R & D center in Turkey from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Industry in the past few days. We will continue our work on the production and export of products with high added value also in 2017, while being backed by our customers’ support of trust. We express at every opportunity that the concept of quality also includes after-sales support services, alongside the production of qualified and long-lasting machinery. Bölgedeki bayimizle birlikte katıldığımız ve yeni ürünlerimizi de sergileme şansı bulduğumuz fuar oldukça hareketli geçti. WinDoor-tech (Budma) 2017, one of Europe’s most important door and window fairs, which was held in Poland’s Poznan city from 7 to 10 February, has ended. We first started working together in 2004 with the smart relay ZEN project. The first machine we made together was a single corner welding machine. Then our cooperation continued with compact series and modular PLC series. In 2006 we began to perform applications with motion. The new players of the story became servo systems. Today we continue our way with sysmac based on Industry 4.0. Thus with the support of the communication range that Yaskawa products have, we have moved the technology of Yılmaz Machine one step further, reaching low error rates in production time and production order and we raise our objectives one more level every day. First of all, I think that the issue of Industry 4.0 is unnecessarily over-emphasized and even used as a marketing tool. The objecive is to define and realize simpler, more efficient, faster, better quality and more flexible processes from the order to delivery. Machine manufacturers, which continuously take their lean manufacturing practices forward more and more, already have a great deal of Industry 4.0 elements within their structure. For instance, the market’s newest inverter GA700 offers users the bluetooth, cloud and mobile applications that are the necessities of the time. The continuation of the incentives provided by our state is very important. This moves the truly potent companies up in terms of technology and knowledge, and raises their competitive power. It is very important for our state to support the design and production of intermediate goods in order to ensure further development of the machinery sector. Universityindustry collaboration projects should be much easier to implement. In addition to these, cam, mechanical stop, template and numerical control, separators, feeders, thrusters, routers and robots are indispensable elements in automatic control. Automation is also actively utilized in automated lathe, milling, drilling and grinding and assembly processes. With the advancement of technology in developing and changing world markets, there have also been significant changes in the quality and functions of industrial products. As rapidly developing technology and constantly changing market conditions demanded more economical and quality products, customer expectations, on the other hand, have grown in the direction of more flexible and multifunctional products. As a result of customers’ rapidly changing demands and intense market competition, the life span of products shortened to a great extent. Industrial automation, too, came to life by taking shape under these conditions. The concept of industrial automation has influenced design philosophy and engineering education in particular, and has also caused significant changes in industrial technology production and engineering education. Today, when robot technology is widely used in every field, industrial automation has become a need and even a necessity of technology. In an introductory video, Sting said about the album, “This album, with plenty of Rock’n Roll in it, revolving around the themes of searching, travel, road, and going towards an unknown. This album has more rock sound than all the albums I’ve made up until now. In fact, it is a reflection of everything I did, but it is much more energetic. I always love to see what happens when I set the bar a little higher”. Aziz Şenol Filiz ve Cemal Ünlü’nün iki buçuk yıllık bir çalışma ile hazırladığı , Niyazi Sayın , Işık Yazan, Melih Özaltıner başta olmak üzere çok değerli on kolleksiyonerin arşivlerinde bulunan tüm Tanburi Cemil Bey kayıtlarının yanı sıra yurt dışındaki kolleksiyoner ve araştırmacıların arşivlerinden de yararlanılarak hazırlanan 10 CD , 1 LP , ve 1 kitaptan oluşan külliyat albümü Kalan müzik etiketi ile müzikseverlere sunuluyor. Bu külliyatta 1905-1915 arasında Tanburi Cemil Bey tarafından 3 ayrı plak firması için yapılmış, 25, 27 ve 30 cm’lik plaklarda toplam 130 kayıt bulunmaktadır. The collection album, consisting of 10 CDs, 1 LP, and 1 book, prepared by Aziz Şenol Filiz and Cemal Ünlü with a two and a half year work, by using the archives of the collectors and researchers abroad, in addition to all Tanburi Cemil Bey records in the archives of ten valuable collectors, especially Niyazi Sayın, Işık Yazan and Melih Ozaltıner, is presented to music lovers with the label of Kalan music.
