Devletlerin ortak işbirliğine ihtiyaç duyan küresel kamu malları, birçok ulusun ortak
çabasına konu olmakta ve uluslararası düzeyde finansmana ve yönetime ihtiyaç
duymaktadır. Dünyayı tehdit eden çevre kirliliği, biyolojik çeşitliliğin azalması, salgın hastalıklar, küresel terörizm, yoksulluk, küresel ısınma, mali istikrarsızlık ve
serbest ticaret yapılamaması gibi küresel sorunlar, bu sorunların küresel düzeyde
çözümlenmesi ihtiyacını ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Küresel çözüm konusu ise bizleri
bu tür sorunların nerelerden elde edilecek kaynaklarla finanse edileceği ve bu sorunların çözümünün hangi otoritelerin yönetiminde ne şekilde gerçekleştirileceği
sorularını beraberinde getirmektedir. Sorunun küresel olması güçlü uluslararası
kurumların varlığını gerekli kılmaktadır.

The Importance of International Institution in The
Supply of Global Public Goods
Abstract
The global government properties which need common cooperation of
governments,becomes the subject of common effort of many nationalities. The
global problems like environment pollution which threats the world, the decline in
the biological variety, epidemic diseases, global terrorism, poverty, global warming,
financialinconsistency and .... of free trade requires the solution of these problems
in the global level. The subject of global solution asks the questions of from which
sources, these problems will be financed in order to support these problems and
how the solutions of these problems will become real and in the management of
which authorities these problems will have a solution. The problem’s being global
requires the constitution of the international institutions.
