Thermus aquaticus (Taq) DNA polimerase is a single polyepetide ezyme,
having a molecular weight approximately 94kDa. This thermo-stable enzyme
synthesizes DNA in the 5’-3 direction under high temperatures.

PERFORMANCE
Figure 1: Results of a standard PCR protocol of different DNA samples with
1% agarose gel electrophoresis.
PCR products were verified with strand analysis and it was observed that; the
mismatcihng rate of NanoZYM Taq was same with the Brand X Taq
polymerase.

ağırlıgında tek bir polipeptitdir. Isıya dayanıklı bir enzimdir ve yüksek
sıcaklıkta tek sıra kalıp DNA’dan 5’-3 ‘yönünde DNA sentezini gerçekleştirir.

olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
