1. Can stress help you get out of danger?
No , because or feeling you have little control over a situation. It can affect health in long run ,and
when we feel stressed we cannot deal with situations and we cannot think correctly.
2. What does ‘fight or flight’ mean?
The fight-or-flight response, also known as the acute stress response, refers to a physiological reaction
that occurs in the presence of something that is terrifying, either mentally or physically. The response is
triggered by the release of hormones that prepare your body to either stay and deal with a threat or to
run away to safety.
3. What is the problem with stress in the twenty first century?
The general level of worry and unhappiness in the modern world is creating a national epidemic of
stress. It’s (stress) is becoming part of the “new normal” for people, causing a decrease in productivity
and health problems that can be initially silent, but after a while can catch up and result in morbidities
such as high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis and inflammatory disease – all of which are made worse
by chronic stress.
4. What are some of the downsides to stress?
can weaken the immune system and cause high blood pressure, fatigue, depression, anxiety and even
heart disease. In particular, too much epinephrine can be harmful to your heart. It can change the
arteries .
5. What are some things you can do if you feel stressed?
I must Chew gum because a super easy and quick stress reliever , and reduce your caffeine intake and
light a candle because may help reduce your feelings of stress and anxiety.
