TÜRKÇE’DEN, İNGİLİZCE’YE YAPILMASI GEREKEN DENEME METNİDİR
Enstitümüz, ülkemizin AB ile entegrasyonu tamamlandığında, AB ülkelerine girmesi muhtemel ve riskli
hastalıkların kontrolünde, bilimsel ve teknik alt yapısı geliştirilmiş/güçlendirilmiş, Gelişmiş AB ülkeleri
standartlarında çalışan, öncü bir kontrol merkezi olarak Avrupa’nın uluslararası merkezleri arasındaki yerini
alacaktır. Bu proje sayesinde Enstitümüz hem Avrupa-Asya geçiş noktasında bulunan ülkemizde hem de
bulunduğu bölgede gıda güvenliği ve kalitesinin geliştirildiği, korunduğu ve sürdürülebildiği uluslararası bir
merkez haline gelecektir. AB ülkeleri ile koordineli çalışarak, onlarla eşzamanlı ve ortak hareket edebilmek
(Örneğin hastalık çıkışları, acil eylem planları) bilgi ağı sayesinde hastalıklar ortaya çıkmadan durum tespiti
yapabilmek, koruyucu ve önleyici faaliyetlerde bulunmak ve bunun devamlılığını sağlamak kolaylaşacaktır.
Bu sayede en etkin ve en ekonomik yolla hastalıklarla mücadele edilecektir. Gıda kalite ve güvenilirliliği
artırılarak ülkemizde, bölgemizde, Avrupa da ve bütün dünyada sağlıklı ve güvenilir ürünlerin canlı
hayvandan sofraya tüketiciye sunulmasına katkıda bulunacaktır.
Rekabet etmeme. ABC, bu sözleşmenin geçerlilik süresi boyunca ..........’nin Ürünlerini ................’de/da
içeren başka hiçbir Münhasır Mal Alımı Sözleşmesine girmeme konusunda mutabıktır. ABC, Ülke içinde
yöneltilen tüm liderlik, olasılık ve ilgili bilgileri veya herhangi bir Ürünün potansiyel alıcılarına yönelik
aldığı liderlik, olasılık ve ilgili bilgileri anında XYZ’ye iletmelidir. XYZ, bu sözleşmenin geçerlilik süresi
boyunca benzer .......... ürünlerini ................’de/da içeren başka hiçbir münhasır mal alımı sözleşmesine
girmeme konusunda mutabıktır. XYZ, Ülke dışındaki potansiyel müşterilere yönelik bütün araştırmalar
konusunda ABC’ye danışma hususunda mutabık kalmıştır. ABC ve XYZ, üzerinde mutabakata varılmış olan
ülkede ve bu sözleşmenin süresi boyunca burada özel etiketlemeyle Ürünleri satmak amacıyla başka hiçbir
aracı, temsilci ve distribütörü görevlendiremez veya bağlantıya geçemezler.

The obligations of each party under this Agreement shall be suspended during the period and to the extent
that that party is prevented or hindered from complying with them by any cause beyond its reasonable
control including (insofar as beyond such control but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing
expression) strikes, lock-outs, labour disputes, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage,
compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant
or machinery, fire, flood, storm, difficulty or increased expense in obtaining workmen, materials, goods or
raw materials in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
Any amendment of the contract must be set out in writing in an addendum, to be concluded on the same
terms as the original contract. If the request for an amendment comes from the Consultant, the latter must
submit such a request to the Contracting Authority at least 30 days before the amendment is intended to enter
into force, except in cases which are duly substantiated by the Consultant and accepted by the Contracting
Authority.
20.2 However, where the amendment does not affect the basic purpose of the contract and, for a fee-based
contract, the financial impact is limited to a transfer within the Fees involving a variation of less than 15% of
the original amount for the relevant line in the Budget breakdown in Annex V, the Project Manager shall
have the power to order any variation to any part of the services necessary for the proper execution of the
contract, without changing the object or scope of the contract. Such variations may include additions,
omissions, and substitutions, changes in quality, quantity, specified sequence, method or timing of
performance of the services.
Of the free radicals, the hydroxyl radical (-OH), nitric oxide (NO-) and peroxynitrite (ONOO-) may damage
macromolecules and the DNA despite their short lives. Oxidative damage of the DNA plays an important
role in many cancer pathogeneses. Acid and bile reflux directly causes inflammation and as a consequence,
reactive oxygen is produced, which in turn is involved in Barrett formation. It has been demonstrated in

animal studies that providing iron and/or vitamin E reduces the production of this reactive oxygen. In
digestion of dietary foods, nitrate and then from it nitrite is formed, which in turn reacts with gastric acid
leading to production of reactive matter. In reflux, these structures affect the lower part of the oesophagus.
